View From Above

I took the stairs to the roof at a school today to get this shot of kids on the playground. Images from the photo shoot will be used on the school's new website. It's always fun to find a new or different perspective of the usual school activities.

Speed Grid

I added a cool little lighting accessory to my arsenal of photographic gear this week. It's the HonlPhoto 1/8 Speed Grid, which attaches to a small flash head and narrows the beam of light to create a really nice spot for backgrounds or precise placement on subjects. HonlPhoto produces very well-made and useful items for professional photographers.
