Basketball

My nine year old son (soon to be 10!), started basketball practice this evening to play on a local youth team. He played two years of little league baseball, then decided he'd rather play hoops. He had a good first practice and is looking forward to the upcoming season.

Launched

Well, it's kind of an exciting day because I've launched both a redesigned website and a new blog (to replace L.A. Snapshot). The website has been updated with a new layout and new pages to reflect the direction my photography business is going. Since I am no longer shooting weddings, that page of images has been removed and replaced with a Commercial page. Throughout the site, you'll see some old familiar images, along with some brand new ones. I also decided to have a piece of music play during your visit, which can be turned off by clicking on the sound icon at the bottom right of the page. The new blog is entitled "Foto Motivo", an Italian expression for photo theme. It's just a creative outlet for me to share some of my photography on an ongoing basis. I hope you'll enjoy the weekly photographic themes.

Happy New Year!

At the beginning of each new year, there are always so many goals, so much hope, so much desire to make a difference. It's difficult to live up to our own expectations. To achieve what we've set out to accomplish. Sometimtes, we can get so close that we can feel it, and other times it's just out of reach. Falling short of the target is no fun, but knowing in your heart that you've done your best is a great reward. So Best Wishes in 2008 - for dreaming and achieving!
