School Photography

I do a lot of photography for a company that builds websites for schools. The work is contracted to me and after the photo shoot, I upload the files to the web designers. These images were from a private high school in Orange County, with some very creative students working on art projects.

Rams Event

The Rams Reunion 2007, celebrating 70 years of Rams football, was a two-day event in Los Angeles this weekend and I was fortunate to be there. My dad got me hooked as a Rams fan when I was 9 years old, and even though my dad has since passed away, and the team has moved to St. Louis, I've continued to be a die-hard fan. Shown here are Hall of Fame lineman Merlin Olsen (a member of the Fearsome Foursome defensive line of the 1960s), and play-by-play announcer Dick Enberg.

Overrated Treat

I've been hearing and reading hype about how incredibly good the frozen dessert is at Pinkberry. So after a photo shoot in Beverly Hills, I stopped by the store on Beverly Drive and ordered a Green Tea Pinkberry with fresh strawberries and bananas. Man, was I disappointed. It was not smooth or creamy - it had kind of an icy texture - and there was nothing special about it. Overrated may be an understatement.

Palm Springs

I'm going to be starting a months-long book project soon with a graphic designer. It will be for a landscape design company. So I was in Palm Springs recently looking at some model homes in a new development and checking out some of the landscaping. But this setting on a balcony really caught my attention with the sharp lines and contrasts.
