Roosevelt
Today's assignment was from a design firm specializing in school websites. I photographed Roosevelt High in L.A., which is where my parents and other relatives attended in the 1940s. I enjoyed viewing old aspects of the school alongside the modern ones, like the computer labs - including a new animation department! Go Rough Riders!

Graduation
It's Father's Day and I want to mention how thankful I am for such a great family. I love 'em all!
On Friday, my stepdaughter graduated from high school and will be going to college this fall. This image of her and my wife was taken immediately after the graduation ceremonies. I'm amazed at how beautiful they both are and how fortunate I am to be part of their lives. Somebody pinch me!!!

El Morro
I recently visited the deserted El Morro Village mobile home park at Crystal Cove, which has been slated for destruction as part of the state's preservation plans for the beach's historic district. It's such a beautiful beach and it was interesting to see the contrast of the natural beauty of the coastline with the dilapidated mobile homes.
