E.R.

A photographic assignment took me into the emergency room of a large hospital last week. It was a relatively slow afternoon (not the bloody chaos usually portrayed on TV), but when a patient arrived it was interesting to watch the crew spring into action. It's a shame that so many of these vital hospital E.R.s have been closing over the past several years.
